Fellowship in the Gospel - FG15 is a Michigan Men's Conference that is distinctly gospel-centered. From the conference theme to the speakers to the books in the bookstore . . . all of it is designed to help local churches (through their men) grow in their understanding and appreciation of the person and work of Jesus as the source of an ongoing Christian life of transformation.
Theme - Can we exhaust the many facets of the atonement of Jesus? Do we take advantage of the power and beauty it offers us throughout our Christian walk and the trials we face? Come and hear preaching and teaching on the "Blessed Covering: the Varied Riches of the Atonement."
Keynote - We are delighted to bring Michael Lawrence to you as the keynote speaker this year. You probably know him from his many years pastoring Capitol Hill Baptist Church (where 9 Marks Ministry originated) along with T4G-founder Mark Dever. Lawrence is a noted biblical theologian (Listen to him here at a 9Marks @ SBTS event and you'll agree).
Pre-Conference Workshop - We also joyfully announce the return of Professor Brian Vickers as our special guest speaker for the workshop. He will be walking us through the vital and transformational truths in Romans 4 & 5.
Elective Break-Out Sessions - 5 sessions to pick from (you pick 3) on specific practical aspects of the atonement. Along with Dr. Vickers, we have again invited trusted local expositors to lead these sessions. Go here for particulars.
Bookstore - Once again, we are assembling an incredible array of gospel-centered resources at deep discounts in the conference bookstore.
Change of Venue - Many of you know, I'm serving as senior pastor at Union Lake Baptist Church at 8390 Commerce Road in Commerce, Michigan. As such, the conference will now take place at ULBC. It is 12-15 minutes north of Berean Baptist where it was previously hosted.
